CARNEGIE LIBRARY (photo #2)

Built in 1907, the Carnegie Library building (shown here in the early 'Teens)
is now the Trans-Allegheny Book Store. The Carnegie Library was
moved to a new facility at Emerson & 31st Street in the 1970s.
